SUMMARY:
Financial Administrator
Strand, Western Cape
R17 000 - R30 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric with good grades in pure mathematic and accounting
Diploma or degree would be advantages
Bilingual
Strong Administrative skills and attention to detail
Good financial acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Stock Management Experience
VAT knowledge
Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrator role
Omni Accounts / Pastel experience

Duties include but not limited to:

Quoting and invoicing customers on accounting software
Supplier invoice processing, stock and non-stock items
Reception duties - answering of phone calls
Getting courier quotes and booking couriers
Dispatch of correct stock
Stock-Takes
Bank Processing
Identify and report possible risks and errors in company systems and procedures to avoid loss
