FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Head Office in Cape Town - Northern Suburbs

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Financial administration/Payroll experience advantageous
• Exposure to retail / POS procedures will be advantageous (GAAP/Retail Office)
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Computer literate

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Uploading of daily sales from restaurants to Head Office server
• Monitor completeness of source point of sales documents
• Train shift supervisors with regard to financial administration procedures
• Reconcile daily sales
• Prepare shortage reports
• Creditor processing on financial system
• Point of sales (POS) system updates (Activate and de-activate till users)
• Keep to deadlines
