POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Build and optimize cash flow strategies to support business growth.
Supervise and mentor an administrative team, ensuring operational efficiency.
Work closely with sales and customer teams to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

Degree: BCom / Honours in Accounting.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post-articles SAICA experience in a small audit firm, or relevant industry experience.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of reconciliations, tax, and financial formulas.
Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks).
