Key Responsibilities:

Own the financial strategy, driving long-term goals and objectives.
- Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting—your expertise will be vital!
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards—keep the business on track!
- Partner with production and operational teams to streamline cost management and maximize profitability.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including audits, internal controls, and insurance.
- Provide high-level financial insights to executive leadership, helping to guide the company to its next big achievement!

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally within the FMCG or production sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
