One of my leading global logistics clients has an opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant.

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:

Specializing in transport management, distribution and warehousing, and comprehensive supply chain solutions, they have earned a prominent position in the industry and are proudly listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

As part of their ongoing growth, they are now looking to hire an individual to take on the critical role of providing financial reports, performing in-depth analysis, and offering strategic recommendations to guide management in making informed decisions that drive the business forward.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom – Non neg!
5 years’ experience in a similar role – in a logistics/warehousing/supply chain environment
Must have staff management experience
Knowledge on Syspro – or similar ERP system

Key Responsibilities:

Daily reporting
Reconciliation
VAT and tax calculations and submissions
Overseeing debtors and creditors team
