POSITION INFO:
We are currently seeking a talented Financial Accountant to join a leading manufacturing client based in Cape town. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a pivotal role in the financial operations of a reputable company.

Key Requirements:

• SAICA or SAIPA Articles completed
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-article experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry financial processes (beneficial)

• Prepare and review financial statements
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial strategies
