An Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Accountant at South Africa’s Leading Software and Engineering Innovator!

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Manage the general ledger ensuring that all entries are correct and up to date.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately.
Monitor cash flow, ensuring that the organization has enough liquidity to meet its obligations.
Provide regular forecasting and budgeting reports to help the organization stay on top of its financial goals.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- A completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (non-negotiable).
- Completed articles (SAICA or SAIPA).
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar financial accounting role (preferably within a corporate or multi-national environment).
- A solid understanding of financial reporting and general ledgers.
