POSITION INFO:
Established in 1984, this South African company specializes in the development, leasing, and management of high-quality shopping centres across Southern Africa. Focused on creating retail spaces that positively impact local communities, it has developed several notable malls. With a strong emphasis on quality shopping experiences, the company continues to expand its footprint in the retail property sector, contributing to economic growth and community development.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Prepare financial statements and management reports for property portfolios
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Manage rental income, service charges, and operational expenses
Ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements
Maintain and reconcile lease agreements for accurate revenue recognition
Coordinate internal and external audits for financial compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

BCom in Finance
SAIPA or SAICA articles
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Experience in Property
