A dynamic and fast-paced advanced manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced Financial & Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance and accounting function while managing a team that supports production and sales. My client specializes in the production of carbon composite materials, specifically in advanced manufacturing. Their products likely serve industries that require high-performance, lightweight, and durable materials—such as aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors.

Although the specifics of their product line aren’t fully detailed here, companies in this space typically work with carbon composites to create components that offer superior strength-to-weight ratios, making them ideal for applications where performance and weight savings are critical. This role reports to the CEO some of the responsibilities are high level full-function accounting and financial management of the manufacturing business, oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and forex transactions. Implement financial controls, optimize efficiencies, and support operational cost management develop financial strategies, minimize risk, and drive business performance and lastly manage and enhance ERP systems for inventory and production tracking

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B. Com Accounting
Syspro -Non-negotiable
9 years of relevant Hard Manufacturing or Automotive experience
At least 5 years’ experience of integrated manufacturing -Non-negotiable
Fully qualified CIMA or CIMA in progress -Strategic level
