We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company’s broader objectives.
Financial Systems Management: Take ownership of the company’s financial systems, ensuring seamless integration of accounting software and leveraging financial modeling to drive key business decisions.
Operational Leadership: Lead and mentor an operational team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) /Finance qualification
2 years post articles experience for a CA(SA) and 5 years experience for other finance candidates
4 years of relevant FMCG experience
