POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SARS, VAT, Income Tax, etc.).
• Support operational teams with financial insights and reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and service providers.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiencies.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CIMA or SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous).
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a finance management or senior accountant role.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp, North West.
