POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage and analyze financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve department goals
Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CA(SA) designation beneficial
5+ years of finance management experience, preferably within the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
