POSITION INFO:
We're on the hunt for a Finance Manager to join a fast-paced FMCG powerhouse based in Johannesburg. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for operational efficiency, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a business that puts its money where the market is.

Key Responsibilities:

Full finance function oversight including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Lead and mentor a team while working closely with operations and supply chain.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks.
Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and margin improvement strategies.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA)
1 year post article experience in a similar role within the FMCG/Manufacturing sector.
Proven leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills.
ERP system experience preferred.
