POSITION INFO:
A growing player in the FMCG industry is on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to take full ownership of the finance function and add real commercial value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Ensure statutory compliance and manage tax, VAT, and audit processes.
Manage working capital, cost control and profitability initiatives.
Prepare accurate monthly management packs and financial statements.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) or BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance
5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of cost management, inventory and supply chain finance
Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, or Syspro)
Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-turnaround environment.
