POSITION INFO:
We're working with a leading name in the industry that is looking to bring a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager on board to take full ownership of their finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Partner with operations and executive leadership to drive performance and profitability.
Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS.
Manage the monthly close process and deliver accurate management reports.
Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and inventory reporting.
Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Minimum 1 year post-articles experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of costing principles.
Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
