SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with 4-8 years of post-articles commercial experience? Do you have a passion for financial leadership, strategy, and driving business performance in a product-based environment? We are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making within a growing and fast-paced organization.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

ð¹ Financial Strategy & Leadership – Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business growth.
ð¹ Management Reporting – Deliver insightful reports to senior leadership, ensuring financial transparency and informed decision-making.
ð¹ Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead budgeting processes and cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
ð¹ Financial Controls & Compliance – Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
ð¹ Operational Finance & Cost Management – Optimize cost structures, improve margins, and drive profitability in a product-based business.
ð¹ Team Leadership – Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
ð¹ Process Improvement & Systems Optimization – Streamline financial systems, enhance reporting tools, and implement best practices.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification
4-8 years of post-articles experience in a product-based industry (FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
Strong financial leadership and strategic planning skills
