POSITION INFO:
A well-established manufacturer and exporter of pickled sheep skin is seeking a highly operational Financial Manager with plant-based experience to join their team. This company plays a vital role in international trade, supplying high-quality products to global markets while maintaining strict financial and operational controls.
As the Financial Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and oversee the full finance function, including management accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and HR-related responsibilities. Your expertise in Sage 300 will be critical in ensuring seamless financial operations, month-end and year-end closures, and accurate reconciliations. Additionally, your hands-on approach will support plant efficiency and cost management.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
Manufacturing/plant-based finance experience is essential
Proficiency in Sage 300
Strong background in management accounts, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
Experience handling month-end and year-end closures
Ability to perform HR-related functions, including payroll oversight
Hands-on, operational mindset with a keen eye for cost control and efficiency
