POSITION INFO:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Financial Manager to join our client’s dynamic team, based in Midrand. Our client is a leading player in the services industry, with a robust international footprint. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting within the organisation. This senior role will allow you to focus purely on accounting, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial statements, implementing financial controls, and assisting in strategic financial planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional eager to contribute to an established and globally recognized company.

Duties:

Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization’s operations.
Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to define financial strategies and business performance improvements.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- A BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- Completed articles (SAICA/SAIPA) and a strong technical understanding of accounting principles.
Experience:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
