Role: Finance Manager

Location: Bryanston
Department: Finance
Reports To: Debt Principal

Role Purpose:

The Finance Manager is responsible for accurate debt reporting, compliance with contractual obligations, proactive forecasting of debt-related expenses, and ensuring key stakeholders have full visibility into all aspects of the debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate debt reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.
Proactive forecasting of debt-related expenses.
Ensuring key stakeholders have full visibility into all aspects of the debt portfolio.

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance (either in Bank or Property Fund) or Corporate Treasury Finance (with debt as an area of focus).
Working experience in a Big 4 would be an advantage.
Qualified CA(SA).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Resilient personality.
Enjoys financial modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
Technical/Professional Expertise.
Demonstrated experience managing or auditing debt portfolios.
Familiarity with enterprise management systems (e.g., SAGE, SAGE X3, SAP).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; VBA skills are an added advantage.
