SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Manage internal management reporting to agreed deadlines ensuring financial information is robust and reliable
Assistance in the preparation of annual budget and forecasts
Manage payment runs to suppliers and employees
Work with the credit controller to reduce debtor days, ensure management accounts are reflective of any provisions required and there is good engagement with client managers
Forecast cash flow requirements for the entities under the remit of this role
Assist with the annual audit
Manage more junior team members in the preparation of internal management information including responsibility for their training and development
Promote best practices across the firm through training and effective communication
Support fact-based decision making through development of key management reports
Assist business improvement initiatives by providing project management for key initiatives
Continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal finance function
