A client of mine is looking to hire a Finance Manager, to join their Property Management family! With a proven track record in driving financial excellence and strategic planning, you are set to bring fresh perspectives and dynamic expertise to our team. POSITION INFO:
My client is a leading property management company with a robust presence across Africa. With over two decades of experience, they specialize in managing premier commercial, retail, and industrial properties, including some of the continent’s largest malls and centers. Renowned for its innovative approach, the company offers comprehensive solutions, from property and facilities management to leasing and tenant coordination. This property company is committed to delivering value to clients by maximizing asset performance and fostering sustainable property management practices. With a focus on excellence, they continue to set benchmarks in the African property landscape.

This role reports to the Head of Finance and will assume responsibility for: Financial reporting, preparing quarterly, monthly and annual reports, budgeting and forecasting, developing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Must have 5 years post-articles
9 years property experience
