Manage the store’s finance function, ensuring accurate forecasts and budgets.
Identify improvement opportunities in processes and implement effective solutions.
Lead and mentor teams across finance, stock control, and accounts.
Drive a culture of excellence aligned with company values and goals.
Ensure compliance with finance policies and deliver audit-ready processes.

Qualifications:

BCom Honours or related finance degree
CIMA
Experience in a retail store environment advantageous
