SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic thinker with an eye for detail? We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager (CA(SA)), with 3-5 years of post-articles experience, to join our team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, develop financial models, and work closely with senior management to drive business growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Oversee the monthly and annual financial reporting processes.
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance on financial matters.
Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification
3+ years post-articles experience
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
Excellent leadership and communication skills
