POSITION INFO:
Are you a newly qualified CA(SA) with strong academic credentials and a passion for financial management? Have you successfully written and passed both board exams and gained valuable experience auditing financial services clients? Key Requirements:

Newly qualified CA(SA), having passed both board exams
Strong academic background with a track record of excellence
Experience auditing financial services clients is essential
Solid understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership potential

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day financial management of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Manage and monitor the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure the integrity of financial information
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
Support the development and mentoring of junior finance team members
