Calling on Financial Managers interested in an opportunity with one of my global logistics companies, based in Johannesburg Central.

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
My client is an industry leader in the logistics space, founded nearly 5 decades ago and boasting a strong global presence with operations in over 50 countries. They have displayed year on year growth and are looking for a Finance Manger who wants to take their career to the next level, as the business continues to dominate the market share in SA and internationally.

Reporting into the Country Financial Director, key responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to head up the overall full finance function and to lead the finance team of 10 staff members – reporting directly into the Financial Director.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

Completed SAICA Articles
5 years post articles experience – of which at least 2 must be in a management role
Manufacturing / Distribution knowledge
SAP
Staff management experience
Must have strong business acumen

Key Responsibilities:

Daily reporting
Budget and forecasting
Variance analysis
Preparation of Financial Statements
Fixed Asset Register
