POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing and dynamic company is looking for a Financial Director to take ownership of its financial strategy and ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, risk management, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
As the Financial Director, you will play a key role in financial decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the company through growth, ensuring financial stability, and aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA (SA) qualification with 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic financial role.
Expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
Business acumen with an understanding of market trends and regulatory compliance.
Experience in IT/Telecom or startups is beneficial but not essential.
