A leader in sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation is seeking an experienced Financial Executive Leader to join their team. This role will drive strategic financial management, lead a high-performing finance team, and support the long-term growth of the organization. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across departments.
Guide strategic planning, financial modeling, and decision-making for business growth.
Prepare comprehensive board reports and ensure governance compliance.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Oversee risk management, audit facilitation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) with 8 years post-articles experience
3 years in a senior management position
Knowledge of the agriculture industry is advantageous
