POSITION INFO:

As the Financial Director, you will play a vital role in financial decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the company’s growth, maintaining financial stability, and aligning financial goals with broader business objectives.

Required Experience and Skills:

CA(SA) qualification with 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic financial role.
Expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of market trends and regulatory compliance.
Experience in IT/Telecom or start-ups is a plus, but not essential.
