My client plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial vision, leveraging deep industry insights to enhance profitability, streamline processes, and strengthen governance. Their expertise spans financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strategic forecasting, and stakeholder engagement, making them a key driver of long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to lead high-performing teams, implement robust financial frameworks, and deliver data-driven insights, this Finance Director is instrumental in steering the business towards continued success in an evolving business environment.

The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of the organization. This role encompasses financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth analysis to ensure the company achieves its financial objectives. By leading the finance team and implementing robust financial policies, the Finance Director provides critical insights that support executive decision-making.

With a strong focus on optimizing financial performance, risk management, and operational efficiency, this role plays a pivotal part in driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation. This role would report to the Group CFO.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in finance, and operations management
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
Proven track record in implementing and improving operational
Proficient in tax
Working knowledge of FICA
