POSITION INFO:

In this role as a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in shaping the financial strategy of a leading pharmaceutical organization. You’ll work closely with teams across R&D, manufacturing, and sales to create budgets, forecasts, and plans that align with the company’s ambitious goals. By analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights, you’ll influence decisions that drive efficiency, optimize resources, and support innovation. From evaluating investments to ensuring compliance, you’ll bring a sharp financial focus to every aspect of the business, helping to deliver transformative healthcare solutions to the world.

Job Skills and Requirements:

CA(SA)/CIMA/both
5-7 years in FP&A management accounting, or business partnering
Strong proficiency in financial modelling
Understanding of key performance indicators and financial metrics relevant to the pharmaceutical sector
