This role is key to advancing the finance capabilities, including planning, forecasting, analytics, financial modeling, and reporting. POSITION INFO:

Skills and Experience:

• Grade 12 and Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar Financial Planning & Analysis or management accounting role, ideally within commercial finance or banking.
• Studying towards CIMA or a similar management accounting qualification (advantageous).
• Knowledge of asset-based financing (advantageous).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBi, and Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial packs, including regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support the Financial Director in creating Annual Financial Statements.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, cash flow projections, and funding requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
• Own Sage ERP reporting and manage the budget for optimal tracking.
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure effective departmental cross-functioning.
