Position: Finance Business Partner
Location: Gauteng
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience Required: 3+ years in finance or a related role
Education: BCom Degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and trends to develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department and operational teams, communicating financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, helping to drive efficiency within the organization.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of various projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Support the development of long-term financial strategies, working closely with stakeholders to align on goals and objectives.

• BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or a business partner role.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
