Duties:

• Develop an understanding of the current business landscape and future domains the organisation aspires to operate in
• Analyze proposed technology solutions, utilizing investigative skills to highlight their impact on business processes and systems
• Analyse large datasets, understanding granular details during the analysis phase and subsequent solution development
• Write and interpret data queries, utilizing tools such as QlikView, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and databases
• Utilise data analysis tools to develop insights and solutions
• Conduct professional process workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather information and identify risks
• Identify, develop, and implement necessary process improvements for key initiatives.
• Establish process metrics, reports, and control points for project tracking, monitoring, and measurement
• Participate in designing financial systems and applications aligned with business goals and technical requirements
• Assess the feasibility of proposed projects, considering factors like cost, resources, and technical constraints
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, recommending adjustments and improvements as needed

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Finance / BCom Accounting / BCom Information Technology
• CA(SA)

• Minimum 5 / 8 years’ experience in a Linked Investments/Financial Services Provider environment
• 5 years Business Analysis experience and/or Process Improvement experience
• Business Analyst, Process Improvement specialist or Finance professional with experience in process improvement
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
