SUMMARY:
I have recently partnered with a front-runner in the Solar industry seeking a finance administrator to join their team. As a key member of this finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function, managing tax-related matters, and ensuring the smooth handling of extensive stock operations. If you have a completed diploma in finance or accounting, at least 5 years of experience under your belt and a keen eye for detail, apply today.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Your duties and responsibilities include the following:
Generate quotes and invoices for customers using accounting software
Process supplier invoices for both stock and non-stock items
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Obtain courier quotes and arrange bookings for shipments
Ensure accurate dispatch of stock
Conduct regular stock takes
Handle bank processing tasks
Identify and report potential risks or errors in company systems and procedures to prevent loss

Skills & Experience:
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Strong administrative skills
VAT knowledge and extensive stock management experience

Qualification:
Completed Finance or Accounting diploma
Grade 12 (Matric)
