Role Overview:
As Finance Manager, you will oversee daily financial operations, prepare reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance. You will lead a small team of accountants while supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute monthly management reports.
• Create quarterly cash flow forecasts.
• Generate financial reports for stakeholders.
• Develop annual financial statements in line with regulations.
• Supervise two accountants and manage payroll.
• Review contracts and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Implement finance policies to reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee external audits and manage relationships with auditors.

• Essential: CA(SA) accreditation.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in a financial management role.
• Experience in the investment or financial services industry is preferred.
