SUMMARY:
Our client based in Witbank is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Driver’s license
A+ Certificate or equivalent or N+ Certificate or equivalent
1+ year work experience

Key responsibilities:

Delivering technical services at customer sites
Basic customer problem-solving, providing operation and maintenance on client site
Service contract site visits - repair work; technical inspections and recommendations at site; preventive maintenance work at site
Local installation and start-up support of pre-assembled products
Providing specific technical discipline work at site
Identifying sales leads and promoting services offering.
Deliver site reports, Job cards, travel expenses reports, Stock Reports, after all jobs performed Ensure proper fulfilment of all SHEQ rules and regulations of Company and the customer
Perform safety inspection at workplace prior to start the job
Correct usage of PPE
Reporting any unsafe condition on site
Flexibility to travel up to 75% of time is a must
Working Standby and Nightshift Hours
Proven troubleshooting skills
