Field Sales Agent

POSITION INFO:

A Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales by engaging directly with potential customers in a designated territory. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close deals in face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Presentations: Demonstrate and explain products or services, highlighting benefits and addressing customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to develop strategies for market penetration.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Grade 12
Experience: No experience
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skill
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and close deals.
Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Resilience & Adaptability: Willingness to face challenges, rejection, and adapt to different customer needs.

Work Environment

Work Location: Field-based.
Work Hours: Full time.
