SUMMARY:
A World-Class Wine Estate is looking for a FARM & SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma in agriculture, environmental science, sustainability, or related fields would be an advantage
Previous experience in farm management, water treatment, or sustainability practices
Knowledge of effluent water treatment systems and irrigation management
Experience with borehole maintenance and water articulation systems
An understanding of recycling processes and waste management
Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy practices
Ability to coordinate maintenance and servicing of farm equipment and systems
Experience in compliance reporting
Capability to oversee staff development and community programs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation

This is a Live-out position.
