An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Associate specializing in Family Law to join our client based in Randburg

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney with NO LESS than 5-10 years post admission experience in Magistrate’s Court and High Court
Having appeared in the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court
Experience with the High Court Digital Platforms (Caselines & Court Online)
Candidate must have expensive experience in family law matters, including divorce trials, Rule 43-applications, domestic violence matters, and Children’s Court matters
Bilingual - English and Afrikaans
