Our client in the Engineering sector is looking for a Factory Manager to join their team in White River

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Trade Tested: Millwright or Engineering qualification
4 - 5 years experience in a similar position
Staff management experience
Experience with the following:
Training of staff
Ensuring all processes are implemented and followed
Identifying areas of improvement
Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are attended to
Weekly reports to management
Managing HSEC, HR and related activities within the production facility
Dealing with non-conformities
Own transport and valid drivers license
