SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic FMCG team in the Western Cape as a Factory Manager and lead the way in manufacturing innovation and excellence!

POSITION INFO:
This role involves managing all aspects of the manufacturing facility, from production management and execution to ensuring high standards of product quality and safety. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll drive initiatives to enhance productivity, sustainability, and operational efficiency while achieving production targets at minimal costs.

You should have a BSc or BTech in food science or a related field, with a preference for those holding a postgraduate or master's degree. You should bring at least 5+ years of proven experience in the food industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to maintain a smooth, high-performance operation and to foster a pro-learning environment within your team.

This role offers the opportunity to make significant impacts by liaising with cross-functional teams, planning for peak production, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
