POSITION INFO:
With a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, and ideally certified in food safety or Six Sigma, you’ll bring 5+ years of proven experience to this exciting role. Your expertise in food manufacturing processes, combined with a minimum of 5 years in senior management, will empower you to lead a team in achieving operational targets through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery, adhering to quality standards, and managing production costs. You will be instrumental in launching new products, planning for peak production, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations. Your strong leadership skills will foster a motivated, high-performing team, while your financial acumen will help control costs and manage the site's manufacturing budget.
