SUMMARY:

Client in Pretoria is seeking a seasoned Factory Manager for a permanent onsite role in the manufacturing industry. Ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience—preferably in plastics—and knowledge of Syspro.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations within the factory.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Manage and lead factory staff.
Coordinate maintenance and safety protocols.
Monitor stock levels and oversee logistics as required.
Reporting and continuous improvement of production processes.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Proven experience as a Factory Manager, preferably within the plastic manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Experience with Syspro software is advantageous.
