An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Factory Controller to join a leading FMCG organisation. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a confident finance professional who thrives on partnering with operational teams and making data-driven decisions that shape performance on the factory floor.

This position requires an individual who is both analytical and hands-on, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting—especially within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. The role will also take the lead on capital investment evaluations, audits, internal controls, and the upskilling of the factory finance team.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Finance or Accounting degree, plus CIMA qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Finance Controller, Senior Assistant Controller, or Finance Manager within FMCG or Manufacturing
• Strong costing and variance reporting expertise using SAP (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency in PowerBI reporting
• Exposure to internal/external audit processes
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Clear, confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
