POSITION INFO:
Position Title: Fabrication Workshop Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ Years’ experience as a Workshop Manager in Fabrication
• Trade Tested in Fitter & Turner/Fitter/Millwright/ Machinist
• Proficiency in using CNC Machines, Fabrication Processes

• Manage the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Supervise and mentor workshop staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and in optimal working condition.
• Monitor and manage workshop inventory, including spare parts and consumables.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (ISO 9001).
• Coordinate with other departments to align workshop activities with business objectives.
• Identify and address technical issues, troubleshooting as needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all workshop operations.
