POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

As an FSP Compliance Administrator Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Compliance & Administration

Vetting and verifying FSP and FAIS representatives in line with FSCA regulations and internal SOPs.
Capturing and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Uploading and managing documentation in an electronic filing system.
Communicating verification outcomes to Services Managers and Dealers.
Preparing, printing, and distributing certificates and compliance documentation.

Billing & Payments

Processing debit orders and manual payments via billing procedures.
Requesting invoices as per SOP.
Managing reconciliations, refunds, and payment releases.

Support & Coordination

Assisting with enquiries and complaints related to compliance.
Attending meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
Performing general administrative duties to support compliance functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Matric certificate
3 – 5 years of general administrative experience
Knowledge of FSP and FAIS regulations (advantageous)
Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Own reliable transport

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
Professional telephone etiquette
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Excellent time management & ability to meet deadlines
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
