POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for a healthcare company
Conduct variance analysis and provide valuable financial insights to guide business decisions
Ensure accurate, timely delivery of month-end financial reports to various departments
Oversee the management of investment portfolios, financial assets, and capital distribution
Assist in managing cash flow, liquidity strategies, and treasury operations
Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations and investment reports
Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning
Perform cost-benefit analysis for healthcare investment opportunities and growth initiatives
Deliver actionable financial insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
Skills & Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate month-end closes and board-level financial reporting
Expertise in budgeting, financial controls, and variance analysis to support business objectives
Hands-on experience in investment management, capital allocation, and overseeing treasury functions
Knowledge of US GAAP (preferred but not mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, G Suite, financial modelling, month-end reporting, and ERP systems such as Netsuite
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive cross-functional collaboration
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) SA qualification
