Based In Norwood
R50 000 ctc per month

A Real Estate company is looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Manage financial records and ensure books are maintained to Trial Balance (TB)
Prepare and oversee budgets and financial forecasts for the property portfolio
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Lead financial reporting and analysis for the portfolio
Commercial property experience required
Experience in managing a finance team
Excellent knowledge of property portfolio financial management
