SUMMARY:
FINANCIAL MANAGER
Worcester

Exciting career opportunity for a Financial Manager at a Leading International Manufacturing Company. The job incumbent will be based at their offices in Worcester and will report directly to the Finance Executive. This position is exclusively open to a qualified Chartered Accountant, CA(SA).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that all accounting entries are in accordance with accounting standards
Manage daily cash and authorise/approve requested payments to be processed daily
Check on compliance with relevant legislation and ensure work quality levels/standards
Assist creditors with any related enquiries
Perform budget preparation as necessary/requested
Implementation of the ERP system
Oversee that assets of each company are recorded in assests register
Maintenance & update at weekly cashflow and forecasting on group level.
Ensure team’s financial expenditures are within budget framework and ensure performance management & staff discipline
Ensure effective process flow and time frames and ensure adherence to organisation protocols, policies & procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified Chartered Accountant, CA(SA)
Post-article experience of 0 – 3 years
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
