Financial Administrator (JUNIOR POSITION) -
with FMCG or Manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL

NASREC, Johannesburg, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
JUNIOR Financial Administrator
* MUST have FMCG or Manufacturing Industry experience
* Matric
* Minimum 3 Years' Working experience FMCG /
Manufacturing Industry
* Computer Literate - with Basic Excel experience
* SAGE experience

* Track Internal Requisitions(IPR's) ensuring actioned timeously
by liaising with Request and Procurement Officers
* Expedite Purchase Orders & Deliveries daily
* Liaise with suppliers, Procurement Officers to ensure Business
requirements are being met
* Ensure there is a proper Audit Trial of IPR's, Purchase Orders
and Supporting Documents
* Liaise with Creditors Department for Supplier Payments
* Handling Queries
* Filing of Financial Documents
* Request Statements & Invoices from suppliers
* Attendance of Month-end Stock counts and Capturing into
SAGE
* Other Ad hoc duties
* CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - Will be verified
